Move a Windows Licence to Mac

Mac uses our cloud based licencsing system which means once you've moved your licence you'll be able to use it across any of your devices. Your Licence Count will determine the number of concurrent users you can have.

1. Open PowerPac Windows and navigate to the Licence Window
(Click on the Padlock from the main menu)

2. You will now be able to select the red X to Remove your Licence

3. Take note of the Confirmation Code that PowerPac displays when you remove the licence
(Snipping tool or a Screenshot makes this easy)

4. Send an email to support@spearhead.com.au and request your licence be moved to the cloud licence solution

5. We will move your Licence and send you a Serial Number

6. On PowerPac Mac, go to Preferences and Select the Licence Tab

7. Enter your First and Last Name followed by your Company and the Serial Number we Provided.

Then Click Authorise

8. Your Licence Window should now show your New Licence Details.
