Enter a brief description for the load. Example: MSB, Consumer Main, Main Supply
Load
Enter the load.
If the main board or a sub board is selected you can opt to have the load brought directly from the maximum demand screen
Load must be in amps for main board.
Load can be amps, watts, kilowatts or horsepower for final sub circuits
Power factor
Enter the desired load Power Factor. This is often supplied by the supply authority.
Allowed Growth Factor
Enter a growth factor in percent.
Use Load From Maximum Demand
If this option is selected, PowerPac will take the load from the Maximum Demand tab.
Include Load From Connected Boards
If this option is selected then the load on circuits and distribution boards connected to the selected item will be included in the calculation.
If the selected item is a distribution board and this option AND the "Use Load From Maximum Demand" option are both selected, circuits connected to this board will NOT be included as they should be entered as part of the maximum demand. Connected switchboards that are also selected to use load from maximum demand will have their maximum demand item data included in the selected distribution boards maximum demand calculation.
