Getting started with the Scheduler
Add an Existing Job to the Scheduler – Click and hold down the button on the mouse on the time and date you would like to schedule the existing current job and drag down to the estimated finish time before releasing the mouse button.
Enter the job information in the New Job/Assign Job Pop up box and select the save button.
Only current jobs are available to choose from when adding an existing job to the scheduler.
Create a New Job at the Scheduler – Click and hold down the button on the mouse on the time and date you would like to create a new job and drag down to the estimated finish time before releasing the mouse button.
Select the new job tick box and enter the job information into the New Job/Assign Job Pop up box.
Adjust a Scheduled time/Date – To edit the start time and date click and hold the top of the schedule box and drag to the new start time and date. To edit the finish time hold and drag the bottom of the box until the time is correct.
Assign a Scheduled Job to Another User – Click the Users button to view the jobs in user resource view. Then click and hold the top of the schedule box and drag to another users name and set the start time/date.
View Your Team in One Screen – Click the Users button to view the jobs in user resource view for each day. This button is at the top of the Scheduler page.
Assign a User to a Scheduled Job for More Than One Day – Click the Users button to view the jobs in user resource view. Then click the Schedule Job box you require. Copy the job and paste it on the next time/date you require a user to attend.
TIP: You must use your keyboard commands (Ctrl/Comm C and V) to copy and paste between jobs.
Assign a Scheduled Job to Multiple Users - Click the Users button to view the jobs in user resource view. Then click the Schedule Job box. Copy the job and paste it on the next time/date you require another user to attend the job.
