Espro First-time Setup

This guide assumes that Espro has been installed and you are now getting ready to use it for the first time on the machine. For installation steps, follow this guide here.

1. Log in using the administrator username and password that was sent to your email address.

2. Bring up the User menu. This can be found from the left side bar under Users or by the top bar by going View -> Navigation -> Users -> User.

3. Create a new user by clicking the green New button, or by right-clicking and pressing New.

4. Enter the user's details into the fields. Ensure the email address is the same as the one for their MySpearhead account. For creating a new MySpearhead user go here.

5. At the bottom, select the users Roles. You can Add roles by using the paper with a green plus, and Remove by using the paper with a red minus.

6. Sign in using the details entered. Note: The password for Espro is the same password as your MySpearhead one!
