Standard Material Markup

You can set a default material markup % for materials that are added to jobs or materials purchased from your suppliers.

The markup % amount (or item sale price) can be changed before invoicing each job.
If a different material markup % amount or item sale price is applied to an inventory material then the inventory setting will ignore the default material markup price.

Setting Your Materials Markup Percentage in EMAC

1. From the header select the icon.
2. Select the Job Financials icon.

3. Enter your markup % in the box that says "Step 1. What is your standard material markup?" (shown below).

4. Click the Save button.
