Pre-work risk assessment is carried out before each Service Report is created and helps business comply with WHS legislation.

Edit Existing Category
1. From the header select the icon on the top right of your screen.
2. Select the Service Report icon.
3. Select the Edit icon for the category you would like to edit.
4. Update the name.
5. Click the Save button.

3. Select the edit icon for the sub-category you would like to edit.
4. Update the sub-category name.
5. Click the Save button.
1. From the header select the icon on the top right of your screen.
2. Select the Service Report icon.
3. Select the New Category button.
4. Add the name of the new Risk Factor.
5. Click the Save button.
1. From the header select the icon on the top right of your screen.
2. Select the Service Report icon.
3. Select the Add Sub-Category icon for the category you would like to add the sub-category to.
4. Add the new sub-category name.
5. Click the Save button.
IMPORTANT: All of the fields on this page are used to create your Service Report documents.
