What Information is Sent to MYOB
Editing an Existing Invoice
1. Select Find Invoice from the main menu.
2. Select the invoices that you'd like to send to MYOB.
3. Click the Push to MYOB button.
1. When an EMAC invoice is sent to MYOB the invoice is created in MYOB with the exact EMAC invoice details.
3. If an invoice is edited in EMAC it will not be updated in MYOB once pushed
4. If the contact does not exist in MYOB, the information on the EMAC invoice will create a new customer contact in MYOB.
5. The MYOB status can be changed in EMAC by viewing the Invoice in EMAC.
What Information is Sent to MYOB?
The invoice fields that are sent to MYOB to create a new client invoice in MYOB are:
- Invoice number
- Client name
- Invoice date
- Payment terms (used to calculate the payment due date)
- Job number
- Invoice item break downs
- Amount ex GST (MYOB will add the GST associated to the income account selected in the MYOB Add-On settings.
If an invoice is edited or updated in EMAC or MYOB after it has been pushed the update will not appear in the corresponding invoice.
You will need to manually update the invoice in corresponding program after making any changes.
