Invoices Not Sending to MYOB
1. You have not selected Income accounts in MYOB Settings.
If your Invoices are not sending to MYOB, it is most likely because you have not selected your Revenue Accounts in MYOB to send the invoices to.
To connect your Revenue accounts complete the following steps:
1. From the EMAC header select the icon.
2. Select the MYOB Add-On icon.
3. Proceed to "Step 4. Connect your Revenue accounts".
Once accounts have been selected click on the 'Install EMAC Accounts' button.
2. You have lost your connection to MYOB
1. From the header select the icon.
2. Click the MYOB Add-On icon.
"Check your MYOB connection"
If the "Connect to MYOB" button is not there then you are connected.
If issue is still there click on the disconnect from MYOB button and then click on the Connect to MYOB Button
